All members must complete this application including members under the family membership. New Members Dues are prorated at $10.00 per month and must be paid from the current month through end of December of current membership year. 

Returning members from the previous year must pay the full amount and are assessed a $10.00 late fee if paid after February club meeting. 

Your membership and your right to fly expire January 31st of new membership year, subject to current AMA membership.​
