The event takes place April 17 – 19\, 2026. \nField\nThunderbird Field is located in Mustang Park on the south shore of Benbrook Lake. It is on property leased by the club from the US Army Corps of Engineers. The field infrastructure was built by the Corps of Engineers using funds obtained by the club. The club provided additional funding for landscaping and for maintenance facilities. The club provides continuing maintenance and improvements

DESCRIPTION:The 1st Saturday of the month of March will start off with a workday and then will merge into a club meeting.   Th workday starts at 9AM — if the weather is good –otherwise we’ll reschedule to March 14th.  Most of the work is weed control in the bar ditches; removing old grass; trimming the trees along the fence row; and others depending on time.  But those are the priorities.  The more folks that show up the more we can get done in a shorter amount of time.
